I am a medical practitioner in Naturopathy, Yoga, Acupuncture, Manipulative Therapies, and Physiotherapy with over two decades of experience in holistic health and wellness. A graduate in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, I also hold an MBA in Operations and advanced certifications in Clinical Nutrition and Acupuncture.

My clinical approach integrates the ancient wisdom of Naturopathy and Yoga with modern lifestyle medicine, focusing on disease reversal through nutrition, movement, and detoxification. Over the years, I’ve guided patients through personalized 3–6 month lifestyle modification programs that include natural diets, therapeutic exercise, and home-based naturopathic care.

Having served as Chief Medical Officer at Swami Parmanand Prakritik Chikitsalya and Senior Consultant at NatureHealz Gurugram, I bring both clinical and operational experience from leading wellness institutions including Blue Lotus Spa, Hotel Metropolitan & Spa, and Neemrana Fort Palace.
